Elder brother to me Mr. Rajesh (Aged 54, Principal at Govt. High School) has a fracture in the left wrist due to an accident in the month of September 2018. At that time A Senior Orthopedic Surgeon treated him and assured us that there is no need for surgery in it. The Broken bone will be adjoined to itself by plaster, after 3 months when the plaster has been opened, it is found that the bone is joined in a wrong way, and the hand is twisted. There was severe pain in the wrist

For this, we consulted many Prestigious Orthopedic Surgeons at Jaunpur, Prayagraj & Kanpur, Few were advised to leave it as it is to avoid further risk, Few were advised of surgery, we agreed, but the problem was coming in that the wrist bone became smaller than the actual join, 01 [One] cm bone was needed to cut from the thigh and should be grafted in the wrist to increase the length of the wrist bone, for which we all disagreed.

On January 12, Bro came to Kanpur for Dental treatment. When the treatment was over, I asked my Dentist Dr. Rohit Gupta MDS to suggest us an Orthopedic surgeon who could treat my brother's wrist without doing grafting in it, he proposed to Dr. Ajeet Tiwari, then I took an appointment, by coincidence, he invited me after 30 minutes.

Within the scheduled time we rushed to Regency Hospital, There I met Dr. Ajeet, we showed him the X-Ray, he examined the wrist Physically, we had a healthy discussion related to Surgery about Do's & Dont's. Dr. Ajeet is an M.S. in Orthopedics & completed advanced training courses on Hand Surgery from Prince of Wales Hospital Hong-Kong & worked in Singapore's hospital of repute for many years, many critical cases of Hand Surgery operated successfully by him. As me n Bro were satisfied with the discussion, so we decided to go for Surgery @ the next morning.

On Sunday, January 13, brother’s surgery which was lasted for about 03 hours, conducted successfully at Regency Hospital Kanpur by Dr. Ajeet Tiwari. Bro was discharged on the same day, had to remain in observation for a week, so we had to go to show him twice.

Once again on 22nd March & 4th may after X-Ray, it was found that the bone has been added correctly. Movement of palm, fingers & thumb is smooth. I am writing this Post after 3-1/2 month, The wrist was corrected by 80 %, there is no pain, as earlier after Plaster.

I am thankful to Dr. Ajeet Tiwari, for his best efforts & special skills.

I want share u all my friends that I met with a fatal accident on 17th November 2018 . I got severely injured especially my left hand was badly crashed from elbow along with dislocation and fractures. I had to undergo multiple surgeries.
